Print-on-Demand products are custom-made, just for you! As a result, we do not accept returns.

However, accidents can happen, and your satisfaction is our top priority! So, if we make a mistake, we are more than happy to reprint and reship the order at our cost if:

  • The placement or size of the decoration is obviously wrong.
  • We accidentally used the wrong artwork.
  • We sent the wrong product (style, size or color).
  • The product is damaged (prior to shipping).
  • The product shows any defect that occurred during the decoration/fulfillment process.
